Shipping Policy

This Shipping and Delivery Policy is part of our Terms Of Service and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms here.

 

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?

FREE SHIPPING IN THE US

FREE SHIPPING for Orders of $35 and Over for contiguous U.S. only.

ALL OTHER US SHIPPING

We charge a flat rate of $5.50 on Orders Under $35 for all US States.

We charge a flat rate of $8 on Orders Under $35 for Canada.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ONLY offer shipping to the contiguous US and CANADA. However, if you are outside of these areas, you can make an order on our Amazon Store here.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O Boxes. Not all shipping methods are available for certain items. Orders only ship on business days (I.E. Monday to Friday). Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Please allow a 1 - 2 days for the processing of your order (s). Once your order (s) have shipped, most orders take 3 - 5 Working Business Days for the order to arrive depending on location and efficiency of the delivery method.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order is processed, packed and shipped you will receive a notification with your tracking information.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible. Additionally, we will advise you on a revised estimated date for delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN TRANSIT?

For orders lost in transit, you are required to submit a lost claim to customersupport@hygiiene.com within 7 Working Business Days after the estimated delivery date for follow up and further communication.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us at customersupport@hygiiene.com and do so before 2 Working Business Days have passed since your original order date. Once the given period has expired, we will be unable to make any changes.
